Arbitration as a Legal Solution for Relationship Breakdown in the Muslim Community: the Case of the Muslim Arbitration Tribunal
This chapter argues that family arbitration represents a promising legal solution for relationship breakdown in religious communities such as the Muslim community. Using the Muslim Arbitration Tribunal as a case study, it argues that such religious based forums can provide arbitration services in family disputes.
