This chapter focuses on summarising the previous chapters through the opinion of the writer. It expresses the discourses mentioned throughout this book. Lastly, to finish this book, the chapter analyses community development. Community development therefore, is a political project. In order to help counter neoliberalism and its disastrous consequences for marginalised communities, it must be recognised that, rather than ignored, the micropolitics of community development.
