YEPP will continue the work in local communities and develop a new transnational structure funded by foundations and municipalities. This will be managed by a support agency, the YEPP International Resource Centre (YEPP IRC) based at the Institute for Community Education at the International Academy of the Free University of Berlin. YEPP IRC will promote youth and community empowerment, carry out research to strengthen and broaden YEPP and make it more flexible in the ways in which it can provide the best services and impact on local communities. However, the YEPP concept of change and the multi-level approach through common operational tools and structures will be maintained. It will develop partnerships, advocate for policy change and provide opportunities for learning and capacity building and transfer of knowledge and expertise at local, regional, national and international levels. YEPP will actively disseminate its practices and broaden its influence both nationally and internationally.
