This chapter evaluates the Shelter Inclusion Project that is based in Rochdale. It is an intensive resettlement and rehabilitation service that caters to households that are at risk of homelessness due to ASB. The Project was established by the charity Shelter and the Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council. The chapter examines the role of support measures for the perpetrators of ASB within ASB strategies, by presenting the findings of an ongoing evaluation of the Shelter Inclusion Project.
